Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping: USA shipping for order over $200.

  • Shipping: All orders ship the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location. We offer ground and air shipping for paid shipments.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order details, shipping address, and payment method before checking out.

We aim to ship on time, but delays (like due to weather) may occur or during busy times (holidays). If your order takes longer than expected, reach out to us at hello@whiffedaromas.com.

Returns and refunds Details

We’re committed to offering top-tier scenting experiences—both at home and in commercial spaces. To keep our standards high and prices fair, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase on select items with proof of purchase.

What can be returned?

  • Diffusers – Must be in original packaging, and returned within 14 days.

  • Bundles – Only the machine diffuser in a bundle is eligible for return. Your refund will reflect the price minus the current listed cost of the oils.

What can’t be returned?

  • Fragrance Oils – For health and safety reasons, oils are final sale.

  • Final Sale Items – Sale, clearance, and similar items are not eligible for return.

  • Security Deposits – Non-refundable unless subscription terms are met.

Return Conditions

  • Timing – Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

  • Condition – Diffusers must be unused and returned with all original components.

  • Fees – A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible diffuser returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If actual shipping exceeds our flat fee, the difference will be deducted from your refund.

How to return

  1. Contact us at hello@whiffedaromas.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  2. Pack your diffuser securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship using a trackable and insured method.

  4. Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected—please allow up to 10 business days.
